The training program generator at fluid fitness uses proven routines for each and every objective you may have- from fatloss to increasing your athleticism. It gives you the reps and sets you need to do, it prescribes the weights and even the heart rate at which you must exercise. The generator generates 30 consecutive workouts at a time. The fitness assessment is a critical part of the training process. It enables us to discover your requirements, set the correct pace for progress and gives us a valuable method to evaluate progress later. Spotting

Periodic Review and Change

After every thirty workout cycle, we re-evaluate your fitness and your objectives and issue a new routine if required.
